Return and Refund Policy

Argo Creative Pte Ltd(“we”, “us” or ”our”) aims to provide our customers (“client”, “you”, “buyer”) with a worry-free shopping experience. If you are unsatisfied with an item you received or have other issues with your package, our return policy has got you covered!

SECTION 1 – CANCELLATION, EXCHANGE, RETURN AND REFUND

Any orders placed on our website argocreative.sg(“Site”), once confirmed by the us, is not cancellable. Cancellation of the orders made by clients will only be accepted on condition that any costs, charges and expenses already incurred was cleared. We shall hold no liability in respect of any cost and expenses incurred owning to the reason of cancellation.

In consideration of the nature of the business, our products are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable due to health and hygiene purposes. However, you may request for return/exchange or of purchased items under certain circumstance stated in “SECTION 2 – ACCEPTABLE RETURN REASON” within 14 days from the date of receipt.

Shipping, freight, service charges, hazardous charges, oversize fees, and drop ship fees are non-refundable UNLESS the reason of the return has been proven fall under our mistake. Please refer to SECTION 2 for details.

In the event of exchanges where you cannot get to our business address to make the exchange, customers will incur the cost for the item(s) to be shipped back to us as well the cost for the replacement goods to be sent back out.

Where possible all refunds will be refunded to the original forms of payment, otherwise an alternative refund tender will be offered.

For overseas purchases, return attributable to the buyer may not be practically possible due to high return cost. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for such cases.

SECTION 2 – ACCEPTABLE RETURN REASON

You are entitled to a replacement, store credit or refund when item(s) have a fault, such as:

  • Received wrong item;
  • When item is faulty, damage, dented, worn;
  • When item is contaminated or seal broken during transiting;
  • When item does not match description/pictures;
  • Missing accessories/freebies;
  • Different from a sample shown to you;

The item has to be return in:

  • Original condition with proof of purchase;
  • Original packaging (product/parcel packaging used to protect product during transport);
  • All seals and tags intact(if any)
  • Item is/are unworn, unaltered, unmodified, unused.

Please note that returns maybe rejected when the request does not comply with our return policy or is returned under a wrong return reason.

SECTION 3 – CHANGE OF MIND RETURN

We DO NOT offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect order of goods. However, if you are not happy with your product, we may have our own discretion, decide to exchange or provide you with a Gift Card, Store Credit providing the product is:

  • Returned to us in its original condition with proof of purchase.
  • Returned to us in original packaging.
  • Have all seals and tags intact. (if any)
  • Item is/are unworn, unaltered, unmodified, unused.

SECTION 4 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We will take any reasonable steps to ensure the protection from loss, damage, or destruction of the services or materials it supplies to the client (or which may be received from the Client).

We shall not in any event be liable for economic loss in any form, such as arising out of performance, non-performance, indirect or consequential loss or damage, loss of profits or earnings, punitive or special damages however caused, or for any loss to purchasers and other third parties to the other.
